As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Software Development to lead and coordinate our diverse remote teams.
Your tasks
- Provide strategic leadership for software development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and realization of the requirements from R&D
- Oversee and participation in the technical vision and guide the development teams towards successful project delivery
- Lead and coordinate multiple development teams, covering areas such as App Development, Web Development, Backend, and remote Developers
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within and across teams
- Develop and execute the technical roadmap, staying abreast of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions across the organization
- Implement best practices for managing and leading remote development teams
- Ensure efficient communication, high team engagement, and sustained productivity
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the development teams
- Drive the development of cutting-edge solutions, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
- Play a key role in the hiring process for critical technical positions
Your profile
- Proven experience in a leadership role within software development
- Strong background in coordinating diverse development teams, covering areas such as App Development, Web, Backend, and remote Developers
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on business
- Experience in managing remote teams and implementing effective remote work practices
